<p>200 g faina</p>
<p>80 g margarina</p>
<p>400 g biscuiti</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul pana incep sa isi schimbe culoarea.</p>
<p>Puneti laptele la fiert si adaugati praful de budinca.</p>
<p>Cand incepe sa se ingroase, adaugati cate putin din amestecul de oua si zahar.</p>
<p>Adaugati si faina si fierbeti cateva minute, pana cand crema prinde o textura mai tare.</p>
<p>Dupa ce am dat de pe foc, adaugam margarina si amestecam pana se incorporeaza.</p>
<p>Pe fundul unei tavi punem un rand de biscuiti, iar peste punem crema calduta.</p>
<p>La final punem din nou un strat de biscuiti.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei, iar apoi se baga la frigider pentru cateva ore.</p>
<p>Ii puteti face si o glazura pentru decor. Sau puteti presara pudra de cacao.</p>
<p>O alta reteta cu biscuiti:</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Pentru biscuiti:</p>
<p>400 de g de biscuiti cu ciocolata sau vanilie</p>
<p>3/4 cana de cafea calduta 2 lingurite de cafea instant pudra cu apa, fara lapte</p>
<p>Pentru crema mascarpone:</p>
<p>250 g branza mascarpone la temperatura camerei</p>
<p>370 ml frisca lichida</p>
<p>1 lingura pudra de budinca de vanilie</p>
<p>2 linguri zahar pudra</p>
<p>1 lingurita extract de vanilie</p>
<p>Pentru glazurade ciocolata:</p>
<p>150 de g de ciocolata neagra</p>
<p>130 ml frisca</p>
<p>Pentru decorare:</p>
<p>Pudra de cacao</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Scufundati biscuitii in cafea si aranjati primul strat intr-o tava.</p>
<p>Crema Mascarpone:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron mixati crema de mascarpone, frisca, praful de budinca, zahar pudra si vanilie pana obtineti o crema foarte ferma si stabila.</p>
<p>Se toarna 1/4 din crema deasupra stratului de biscuiti si se indreapta.</p>
<p>Aranjati inca un strat de biscuiti inmuiati in cafea si peste crema.</p>
<p>Continuati sa aranjati straturile tortului si terminati cu un strat superior de biscuiti inmuiati in cafea.</p>
<p>Glazura de ciocolata:</p>
<p>Tocati ciocolata si puneti-o intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Adaugati smantana si topiti-le impreuna intr-un cuptor cu microunde sau intr-un vas pe aburi, pana cand totul se topeste si amestecul este uniform.</p>
<p>Se toarna glazura peste stratul superior de biscuiti si se indreapta.</p>
<p>Se infasoara in folie de plastic si se raceste la frigider timp de cel putin 4-5 ore.</p>
<p>Se presara cu pudra de cacao in partea de sus si se serveste.</p>
