<p>100 ml lapte,</p>
<p>250 g de faina,</p>
<p>esenta de vanilie,</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>Pentru umplere:</p>
<p>250 g de branza de vaci ,</p>
<p>1 lingurita coaja de lamaie rasa,</p>
<p>3 linguri zahar,</p>
<p>2 linguri de gris,</p>
<p>compot de piersici (4 &#8211; 5 bucati) sau fructe proaspete.</p>
<p>Dimensiunea tavii de copt este de 25 x 30 cm</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un bol se mixeaza ouale intregi cu zaharul.</p>
<p>Adaugam ulei, lapte si esenta de vanilie, amestecam.</p>
<p>Cermen faina cu praful de copt, adaugam in portii in bol si amestecam cu o spatula sau un tel de mana.</p>
<p>Scurgem fructele din compot de zeama, le punem pe un servetel de bucatarie astfel incat sa nu mai ramana sirop.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt bol punem branza de vaci, adaugam grisul, coaja de lamaie rasa, si zaharul si amestecam.</p>
<p>Luam tava si o tapetam cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Turnam tot aluatul in tava si punem, cu lingura, branza in aluat.</p>

<p>Punem printre branza, in aluat si feliile de piersici.</p>

<p>Coacem la cuptor aproximativ 35-40 de minute la 170 de grade C.</p>
