<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Turnati chefir intr-un bol, adaugati gris si amestecati.</p>
<p>Lasati grisul la macerat in chefir timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Intr-un recipient separat, amestecati ouale cu sare si zaharul granulat, bateti cu un mixer.</p>
<p>Turnati untul topit in amestecul de oua.</p>
<p>Adaugati grisul umflat in amestecul de oua, bateti cu mixerul, astfel incat sa nu ramana cocoloase.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina si praful de copt in masa de gris, framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>Ungeti o tava cu unt, turnati aluatul in tava si nivelati-l pe suprafata.</p>

<p>Topim ciocolata alba si punem intr-o punga de patiserie.</p>
