<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca zmeura, zaharul si pectina si se aduc la fierbere.</p>
<p>Apoi lasati amestecul sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Bateti smantana pana se intareste, adaugati laptele condensat si continuati sa bateti pana se amesteca.</p>

<p>Intindeti un strat de biscuiti pe fundul tavii.</p>

<p>Amestecati o treime din amestecul cu zmeura in frisca.</p>

<p>Intindem jumatate din crema pe biscuiti, adaugam putin amestec de zmeura si amestecam usor pana se imbina cele doua creme.</p>
