<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalam capsunile si indepartam frunzele.</p>
<p>Se toarna jumatate din zahar intr-un castron mare, se acopera capsunile cu zahar si se acopera cu cealalta jumatate din zahar.</p>

<p>Lasati capsunile sa stea 1 ora si apoi amestecati usor cu o lingura de lemn.</p>

<p>Puneti pe aragaz si incalziti si amestecati pana se dizolva tot zaharul.</p>
<p>Amestecati usor de jos in sus pentru a nu zdrobi fructele.</p>
<p>In aproximativ 5 minute, veti face un sirop din zahar si suc , deci acesta este momentul potrivit pentru a scoate capsunile de pe foc.</p>

<p>Spuma care se formeaza in timpul gatitului nu trebuie indepartata.</p>
<p>Pregatiti borcane sterilizate, lasati siropul sa fiarba inca o data si gatiti inca 5 minute la foc mic.</p>
<p>Inainte de a incepe sa umplem gemul in cupe, adaugam zeama de lamaie dupa gust.</p>

<p>Acum putem umple borcanele pregatite.</p>
<p>Inchideti-le cu capace si intoarceti-le cu susul in jos.</p>
<p>Totul este gata. Le puteti pune in camara si va puteti bucura de gustul lor delicios la iarna!</p>
