<p>4 linguri cacao</p>
<p>4 linguri ulei (am pus ulei de masline extravirgin)</p>
<p>1 lingurita esenta de vanilie (sau 1 pliculet de zahar vanilat)</p>
<p>2 linguri de praful de copt</p>
<p>Pentru sirop:</p>
<p>300 g zahar</p>
<p>350 ml apa sau lapte</p>
<p>1 lingurita esenta de vanilie (sau 1 pliculet de zahar vanilat)</p>
<p>2 linguri coniac</p>
<p>1 lingurita suc de lamaie</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>200 ml frisca lichida</p>
<p>o budinca de vanilie</p>
<p>500 ml lapte</p>
<p>250 g mascarpone</p>
<p>2 linguri de faina</p>
<p>50 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>Pentru glazura:</p>
<p>250 g ciocolata</p>
<p>150 ml lapte</p>
<p>1 lingura de miere</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatiti prajitura incepand cu blatul: Puneti ouale intr-un castron la temperatura camerei, impreuna cu zaharul.</p>
<p>Bateti 3-4 minute, pana cand amestecul este pufos, alb si cremos.</p>
<p>Cernem faina, cacao si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Adaugati peste amestecul de oua si cu miscari usoare folosind o spatula incorporam.</p>
<p>Adaugati uleiul si esenta de vanilie si amestecati usor din nou pentru a incorpora.</p>
<p>Punem hartie de copt intr-o tava si apoi turnam aluatul.</p>
<p>Se coace la 180 grade C intr-un cuptor preincalzit timp de 10-15 minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp, pregatiti siropul. Puneti apa/laptele cu zaharul, lamaia si esenta de vanilie intr-o cratita si aduceti la fierbere. Se fierbe 2-3 minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati coniacul.</p>
<p>Scoateti blatul din cuptor si cat de fierbinte este, turnati siropul fierbinte peste el.</p>
<p>Lasati deoparte, pe de o parte, sa absoarba tot siropul si, pe de alta parte, sa se raceasca bine! Este posibil sa vi se para mult sirop, dar blatul il va sorbi pana se raceste!</p>
<p>Pentru crema puneti laptele la fiert, adaugati faina si praful de budinca. Amestectai pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Bateti frisca si amestecati-o cu mascarpone si zaharul pudra.</p>
<p>Cand crema sa raceste adaugati amestecul de frisca la crema de budinca si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se pune peste blat si se uniformizeaza.</p>
<p>Pregatim glazura. Puneti laptele pe foc, adaugati ciocolata taiata si apoi mierea. Aveti grija sa nu fierbeti.</p>
<p>Se toarna peste desert.</p>
<p>Raspanditi cu atentie pentru a acoperi intreaga suprafata in mod uniform.</p>
<p>Se pune prajitura la frigider pentru 2 ore.</p>
