<p>250 ml de lapte</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>un pliculet praf de copt</p>
<p>2 linguri praf de cacao</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>1 l lapte</p>
<p>5 galbenusuri de ou</p>
<p>7 linguri de faina</p>
<p>7 linguri zahar</p>
<p>2 lingurite aroma de vanilie</p>
<p>200 g unt</p>
<p>Deasupra:</p>
<p>ciocolata rasa</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca untul cu zaharul, apoi se adauga ouale, laptele, faina, praful de copt si cacao, amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Aluatul se toarna intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se coace intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de aproximativ 40 de minute.</p>
<p>Facem crema: amestecam galbenusurile de ou cu zaharul si faina, apoi adaugam laptele si fierbem la o temperatura scazuta pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Cand crema este gata, amestecati aroma de vanilie si lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Se amesteca untul la temperatura camerei cu mixerul timp cateva minute si se adauga la restul cremei.</p>
<p>Se intinde crema peste blatul racit si apoi se presara cu ciocolata rasa.</p>
<p>Pentru a fi mai revenoasa, putem insiropa prajitura cu un pahar de lapte rece.</p>
<p>O alta reteta de prajitura cu ciocolata:</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru aluat:</p>
<p>280 ml lapte</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>250 g faina</p>
<p>300 g zahar</p>
<p>60 g ulei vegetal</p>
<p>o esenta de rom</p>
<p>55 g de cacao</p>
<p>60 g unt</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>Pentru glazura aveti nevoie de:</p>
<p>4 linguri de cacao</p>
<p>5-6 linguri de apa</p>
<p>4 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>
<p>1 lingura de ulei</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Cernem faina si cacao intr-un castron adanc, adaugam zahar, oua si lapte.</p>
<p>Adaugam unt, ulei si bateti totul cu un blender pana cand obtineti o consistenta uniforma. In cele din urma, adaugati un varf de sare si esenta si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul intr-o tava in care am pus hartie de copt. Coaceti intr-un cuptor incalzit la 180 de grade timp de aproximativ 45 de minute. Verificati cu o scobitoare.</p>
<p>Incalziti zaharul si cacao intr-o oala pentru a pregati glazura. Adaugati apa impreuna cu o bucata de unt. Se fierbe 2 minute si se amesteca regulat. Cand glazura este gata, scoateti-o de pe foc, adaugati ulei si amestecati. O alternativa mai usoara va fi topirea bucatilor de ciocolata cu o bucata mica de unt.</p>
<p>Daca doriti ca desertul sa fie mai revenos, puteti insiropa prajitura cu 250 ml lapte rece de la frigider.</p>
<p>Puneti glazura pe tort imediat ce o gatiti, pana nu incepe sa se intareasca. Tortul cu ciocolata este gata de mancare. Pofta buna!</p>
