<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai, sa pregatim umplutura.</p>
<p>Se toarna apa clocotita peste 250 g de caise uscate si se lasa 10 minute.</p>

<p>Apoi clatiti bine si scurgeti apa.</p>
<p>Sa incepem sa pregatim aluatul.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron adanc, amestecati 170 g de smantana, turnati 100 g de unt topit, adaugati 2 linguri de zahar si un praf de sare si amestecati.</p>
<p>Acum adaugati 380-400 g faina si 1 lingurita praf de copt.</p>
<p>Framantati un aluat moale care nu se lipeste de maini.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul intr-o punga si lasati-l la frigider pentru 30 de minute (puteti sari peste acest pas, dar asa vor iesi mai fragede).</p>
<p>Acum pregatiti umplutura, macinati caisele intr-un blender cu adaugarea a 2 linguri de apa.</p>

<p>Intindeti aluatul, dar nu prea subtire.</p>
<p>Taiati in patrate egale.</p>
<p>Framant din nou marginile neuniforme si le intindem si tot asa pana se termina aluatul.</p>
<p>Puneti umplutura in mijlocul patratului.</p>

<p>Legam cele doua margini in mijloc.</p>
<p>Puneti fursecurile pe o tava de copt, se presara cu mac si se coc in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 C pentru 15-20 minute.</p>
