<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Acoperiti migdalele cu apa fierbinte.</p>
<p>Lasati apoi migdalele sa stea in apa fierbinte timp de 10 minute si acest pas va va asigura ca pot fi curatate frumos.</p>
<p>Cand incepeti sa curatati migdalele, pur si simplu indepartati pielea.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti migdalele pe un prosop de bucatarie sa se usuce.</p>
<p>Dupa ce ati curatat toate migdalele, transferati-le in tigaie si prajiti-le la foc mic pe ambele parti pana devin aurii.</p>
<p>Procedati la fel cu nucile, dar fara sa le tineti in apa.</p>
<p>Dupa prajire, puteti muta migdalele intr-un blender si macinati-le pana la o pulbere foarte fina.</p>
<p>Punem faina intr-un bol si adaugam untul rece.</p>
<p>Combinati ingredientele pentru a forma firimituri.</p>
<p>Apoi presarati migdale zdrobite, zahar pudra si sare .</p>
<p>Adaugati galbenusurile si framantati aluatul cu mainile.</p>
<p>Impartiti-l in mai multe bucati si infasurati fiecare parte separat in folie alimentara.</p>
<p>Pastrati o parte din aluat afara si lasati restul la frigider.</p>
<p>Intindeti partea de aluat pe care ati tinut-o afara.</p>
<p>Apoi mai taiati-o in cateva bucati de aproximativ 3 cm latime.</p>

<p>Apoi rulati fiecare bucata in maini.</p>
<p>Asezati apoi aceste rulouri pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Trebuie doar sa coaceti rulourile timp de aproximativ 18-20 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa copt, rulati rulourile in zahar pudra.</p>
