<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intindem un strat de foietaj la o grosime de 3 mm in forma dreptunghiulara.</p>
<p>Impartim foaia obtinuta in parti egale &#8211; patrate de 6 × 6 cm.</p>
<p>Punem hartie de copt intr-o tava, apoi punem patratele obtinute, la distanta unul de celalalt.</p>
<p>Incingem cuptorul la 180 de grade, coacem biscuitii timp de 20 de minute.</p>

<p>Taaiti coaja de lamaie si trimiteti-o in lapte.</p>
<p>Intr-o cratita se incinge laptele cu coaja de lamaie la 40-50 de grade.</p>
<p>Se amesteca galbenusurile impreuna cu zaharul pana cand granulele sunt complet dizolvate.</p>
<p>Adaugati amidon in amestecul de oua, amestecati.</p>
<p>Scoatem coaja de lamaie din oala cu lapte si turnam masa de oua.</p>
<p>Aduceti amestecul la fierbere la foc mediu, amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Cand crema se ingroasa se ia de pe foc, se pune o folie alimentara si se lasa la racit.</p>
<p>Deocamdata, puteti taia formele umflate pentru prajituri in jumatate.</p>
<p>Bateti crema cu un mixer, introduceti treptat frisca in masa cremoasa.</p>
<p>Incepem sa umplem fursecurile.</p>
