<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna zaharul granulat si drojdia intr-un castron cu apa, se amesteca si se lasa 5 minute.</p>
<p>Combinam sarea cu faina, turnam lichidul de drojdie, amestecam in prealabil.</p>
<p>Framantati aluatul cu o lingura, apoi adaugati ulei.</p>
<p>Continuam sa framantam aluatul intr-un castron cu mainile.</p>
<p>Transferati aluatul pe masa, framantati timp de 3-4 minute.</p>
<p>Aluatul se pune inapoi in bol, se acopera cu folie alimentara si se lasa la loc caldut 30-40 de minute.</p>
<p>Ungeti masa cu ulei, intindeti aluatul in doua fasii subtiri.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in multe bucati mici.</p>

<p>Strapungem bulgarii formati in interior cu un deget, largim gaura si formam gogoasa.</p>

<p>Lasati gogosile sub folie de aluminiu 15 minute.</p>
<p>Se incing 500 ml ulei intr-o tigaie la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Se pun 3-4 gogosi in ulei, se prajesc pe o parte timp de 2 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi intoarceti gogosile si prajiti inca 1,5 minute.</p>
<p>Puneti gogosile finite pe un prosop de hartie pentru a scurge excesul de ulei.</p>
