<p>Ingrediente:</p>

<p>2 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>2 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>Coaja de portocala (de la 1 portocala)</p>
<p>50 ml suc de portocale</p>
<p>125 g iaurt</p>
<p>200 g faina</p>
<p>6 g praf de copt</p>
<p>Zahar pentru decor</p>
<p>Procedura de pregatire:</p>
<p>Prepararea aluatului:</p>
<p>Puneti oul si 2 linguri de zahar intr-un castron, apoi bateti pana devine pufos.</p>
<p>Adaugati 2 linguri de ulei, coaja de portocala si 50 ml suc de portocale si amestecati totul bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati 125 g de iaurt simplu la amestec si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat faina simpla cernuta (200 g) si praful de copt (6 g).</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana se formeaza un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul intr-o punga de patiserie.</p>
<p>Se incalzeste o cantitate suficienta de ulei intr-o oala.</p>
<p>Folosind o punga de patiserie taiata la un colt, formati bucati mici de aluat direct in ulei.</p>

<p>Se prajesc la foc mediu pana se rumenesc pe ambele parti.</p>

<p>Dupa prajire, lasati sa se scurga pe prosoape de hartie.</p>
<p>Rulati-le in zahar cat sunt calde.</p>
