<p>500 ml lapte,</p>
<p>200 g zahar,</p>
<p>vanilie (optional),</p>
<p>1,5 kg de faina.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu un mixer manual, apoi adaugati untul topit si vanilia, amestecand bine.</p>
<p>Amestecati drojdia in putin lapte caldut si apoi adaugati la amestecul de oua.</p>
<p>Adaugati incet si celalalt lapte si faina, framantati din acesta un aluat moale si omogen.</p>
<p>Asezati aluatul framantat intr-un bol pe care il acoperim cu un prosop.</p>
<p>Dupa 40 de minute intindem aluatul intr-o foaie cu grosimea de pana intr-un cm.</p>
<p>Se presara cu pudra de cacao, zahar sau nuci maruntite dupa dorinta.</p>
<p>Taiati si rutati melcii.</p>
<p>Puneti-i intr-o tava in care ati pus hartie de copt si lasati-i sa creasca pentru 20 de minute la loc cald apoi bagati tava la cuptor la 180 de grade C timp de aproximativ 30 de minute.</p>
<p>O alta reteta asemanatoare de melci:</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru aluat:</p>
<p>450 g de faina,</p>
<p>200 ml lapte (caldut),</p>
<p>80 g zahar granulat,</p>
<p>50 g margarina rama (topita),</p>
<p>1 pachet de drojdie,</p>
<p>1 ou,</p>
<p>1 pachet de zahar vanilat,</p>
<p>varf de cutit de sare.</p>
<p>Pentru umplere:</p>
<p>250g de branza de vaci,</p>
<p>300 ml lapte,</p>
<p>stafide (dupa gust),</p>
<p>1 coaja de lamaie rasa,</p>
<p>1 budinca de vanilie,</p>
<p>100 g zahar granulat,</p>
<p>1 pachet de zahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Pentru decor :</p>
<p>zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Presarati drojdia in 100 ml de lapte cu un varf de zahar si putina faina.</p>
<p>La faina, adaugati zaharul, zaharul vanilat, margarina, ouale, laptele ramas, un praf de sare si drojdia.</p>
<p>Amestecam bine impreuna, o framantam. Acoperiti cu un prosop de bucatarie. Lasati sa se odihneasca timp de 1 ora.</p>
<p>Intre timp, faceti umplutura: adaugati zaharul granulat, zaharul vanilat si pudra de budinca in lapte, apoi gatiti o crema groasa in mod obisnuit.</p>
<p>Cand ati terminat, lasati deoparte, dar amestecati totusi branza de vaci, stafidele si coaja de lamaie rasa.</p>
<p>Aluatul dospit se framanta si se intinde pe o suprafata plana, fainata intr-o forma dreptunghiulara cu o grosime de jumatate de cm. Intindeti uniform cu umplutura racita, apoi rulati. Taiati felii groase de 2 cm.</p>
<p>Melcii sunt pusi unul langa altul (nu strans) intr-o tava de copt in care am pus hartie de copt si dam la un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de circa 15-20 de minute.</p>
<p>Cand este copt si racit, presarati melcii cu zahar pudra.</p>
