<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>In carnea tocata, adaugati o lingura de sare, praf de copt, amidon, smantana si usturoi tocat.</p>
<p>Componentele sunt bine amestecate si transferate intr-o punga de plastic.</p>
<p>Legam o punga cu masa de carne si o trimitem la frigider pentru 15 minute.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa in jumatate de rondele, combinati intr-un castron cu sare si zahar, otet de mere si apa.</p>
<p>Taiati marunt mararul, stropiti cu amestecul de ceapa, marinati timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Intr-o tigaie se incalzeste uleiul vegetal, se formeaza micii alungiti din carne tocata.</p>

<p>Ii punem intr-o tigaie, prajim pe 4 parti pentru cateva minute.</p>
