<p>200 g iaurt</p>
<p>400 g faina</p>
<p>5 g praf de copt</p>
<p>100 g nuci macinate</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatati merele de coaja si dati-le pe o razatoare grosiera.</p>
<p>Puneti-le intr-o tigaie, presarati-le cu trei linguri de zahar si scortisoara si incalziti-le la foc mediu pana se caramelizeaza, aproximativ 10 minute.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol mare, amestecati untul cu zaharul vanilat si zaharul ramas, adaugati iaurtul si amestecati pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina si praful de copt intr-un bol si framantati un aluat fraged.</p>
<p>Adaugati nucile macinate in aluat, apoi amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Intindeti-l cu un sucitor pana la o grosime de aproximativ jumatate de centimetru, taiati-l in cinci fasii egale si umpleti fiecare fasie la mijloc cu umplutura de mere.</p>

<p>Indoiti marginile, apoi taiati fiecare parte in mini strudele de aproximativ 3 cm lungime.</p>
