<p>Pentru crema nr. 1:</p>

<p>4 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>500 ml de lapte</p>
<p>200 g unt</p>
<p>Pentru crema nr. 2:</p>
<p>500 g zmeura proaspata sau congelata</p>
<p>2 budinci de zmeura sau de vanilie</p>
<p>150 g zahar</p>
<p>250 ml apa</p>
<p>Pentru crems nr. 3:</p>
<p>300 ml frisca</p>
<p>250 g mascarpone</p>
<p>70 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>In plus:</p>
<p>500 g biscuiti</p>
<p>200 ml de lapte</p>
<p>decor la alegere</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna pudra de budinca intr-un castron, se adauga 4 linguri de zahar, se toarna 200 ml de lapte si se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Se toarna restul de lapte in oala si se lasa sa fiarba.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti-l deoparte, turnati amestecul de budinca si gatiti o crema groasa amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Transferati-l intr-un castron, acoperiti cu folie alimentara si lasati-l sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Cand crema este rece, bateti cu un batator de mana untul moale.</p>
<p>Punem biscuiti inmuiati in lapte in tava, ii acoperim cu crema si punem un alt strat de biscuiti peste crema.</p>
<p>Pentru crema de zmeura, se toarna budinca de zmeura intr-un castron, se toarna 100 ml de lapte si se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Se toarna zmeura intr-o oala, se adauga zahar si apa si se fierbe.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti deoparte si adaugati budinca de zmeura.</p>
<p>In timp ce amestecati, gatiti o crema groasa si turnati-o pe stratul de biscuiti.</p>

<p>Din nou, asezati un strat de biscuiti inmuiati in lapte pe stratul de zmeura. Si acum vom pregati ultima crema.</p>
<p>Adaugati mascarpone cu zahar pudra in castron, adaugati frisca si bateti pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Intindeti crema si decorati dupa propria imaginatie.</p>
<p>Se pune la frigider pentru a se solidifica cel putin 4 ore. Taiati si serviti.</p>
