<p>200 g nuci macinate</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>6 galbenusuri</p>
<p>6 linguri zahar</p>
<p>1 pliculet zahar vanilat</p>
<p>1 budinca de vanilie</p>
<p>1 lingura de faina</p>
<p>1/2 l lapte</p>
<p>200 g margarina</p>
<p>100 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>200 ml smantana dulce sau frisca lichida</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Bateti 6 albusuri intr-o spuma tare, adaugati zahar, nucile macinate si faina.</p>
<p>Amestecati incet cu o spatula.</p>
<p>2. Ungeti tava de copt cu unt si presarati cu faina sau mai simplu, puneti hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Coaceti la 180 de grade C timp de 15- 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Lasam blatul sa se raceasca si ne apucam de crema.</p>
<p>3. Se amesteca galbenusurile, zaharul, zaharul vanilat, budinca si o lingura de faina si se fierbe in lapte.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana se ingroasa apoi se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>4. Bateti margarina cu zaharul pudra si adaugati la crema de budinca racita.</p>
<p>5. Intinde crema pe blatul racit si deasupra cremei punem frisca sau smantana batuta.</p>
<p>6. Decorati dupa cum doriti, apoi dati prajitura la frigider pentru cateva ore, de preferat peste noapte.</p>
<p>O alta reteta cu nuci macinate:</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Pentru blat:</p>
<p>6 oua</p>
<p>6 linguri zahar</p>
<p>100 ml ulei</p>
<p>un varf de sare</p>
<p>2 mere rase</p>
<p>2 linguri gris</p>
<p>200 g nuci macinate</p>
<p>1 pliculet praf de copt</p>
<p>1 pliculet zahar vanilat</p>
<p>faina daca mai este necesar</p>
<p>Pentru insiropare:</p>
<p>300 ml lapte</p>
<p>4 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>2 linguri cacao</p>
<p>Pentru a decora tortul:</p>
<p>1/2 l smantana dulce</p>
<p>200 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>nuci macinate pentru a presara tortul</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Incalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Folositi o tava cu dimensiunile de 38 × 25 cm.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu un mixer cu zahar si apoi adaugati, lapte, ulei si amestecati totul usor.</p>
<p>Se amesteca merele, gris, nuci, praf de copt si zaharul vanilat impreuna si se adauga la masa anterioara.</p>
<p>Aranjati blatul frumos cu o lingura de lemn si turnati-l in tava unsa cu unt si presarata cu faina.</p>
<p>Coaceti timp de aproximativ jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>In timp ce blatul se coace, puneti lapte, zahar si cacao intr-o oala si fierbeti totul.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Cand blatul este copt, se raceste si se toarna amestecul pentru insiropare.</p>
<p>Se amesteca smantana dulce sau frisca cu zaharul pudra si se decoreaza prajitura.</p>
<p>Se presara cu nuci macinate.</p>
<p>Dupa cateva ore tortul poate fi servit.</p>
