<p>Orezul cu chiftele este o optiune excelenta pentru un pranz sau o cina de familie. Datorita proprietatilor de fierbere ale orezului, portia iese mare. Este destul de simplu de gatit, iar felul de mancare se dovedeste a fi foarte aromat si suculent.</p>

<p>Carne tocata 350-400 g</p>

<p>Morcov 2 buc.</p>
<p>Usturoi 2-3 catei</p>
<p>Patrunjel 0,5 pachet sau o legatura daca este proaspat</p>
<p>Orez 250 g</p>
<p>Apa 500 ml</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 2 linguri</p>
<p>Frunze de dafin 2-3 buc.</p>
<p>Sare si Piper negru (macinat) dupa gust</p>
<p>Eu am pus si 70 g de prune uscate, dar nu este neaparat nevoie.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Tocati ceapa, dati morcovii pe o razatoare grosiera si caliti-le in putin ulei. Tocam marunt patrunjelul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca carnea tocata cu jumatate din legumele calite, usturoiul tocat, patrunjelul, sarea si piperul.</p>
<p>Formam bile cu mainile. Spalam bine orezul. Se toarna intr-un vas de copt. Adaugati restul de legume calite si amestecati-le cu orezul.</p>
<p>Asezati chiftelele deasupra.</p>

<p>Se fierbe apa, se adauga sare, piper si ulei de floarea soarelui.</p>
<p>Umpleti orezul cu acest lichid. Punem frunze de dafin.</p>
<p>Se acopera cu folie si se trimite la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de 45 de minute.</p>
<p>Lichidul trebuie absorbit de orez. Dupa aceea, scoateti folia si lasati la cuptor inca 10 minute.</p>
