<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatiti trei sau patru pulpe de pui, spalati-le si uscati-le cu un prosop de hartie, indepartand excesul de piele si eventualele resturi de pene.</p>
<p>Se separa partea superioara de cea inferioara si se pune carnea astfel preparata intr-o oala, se toarna apa peste ea sa fie complet scufundata, se inchide capacul si se pune pe aragaz sa se fiarba.</p>

<p>Intre timp, curatati sase morcovi mai mici si dati-i prin razatoarea grosiera.</p>
<p>De asemenea, curatati ceapa si taiati-o in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Taiati rosiile in cruce in jurul perimetrului cu varful unui cutit ascutit si puneti-le intr-o oala.</p>
<p>Aduceti apa la fiert intr-un fierbator electric si turnati peste cele doua rosii.</p>
<p>Acest lucru va elibera pielea, pe care o puteti trage cu usurinta.</p>
<p>Taiati rosiile decojite in jumatate, indepartati resturile de tulpina si taiati pulpa curata in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Pe aragaz se incinge o tigaie mare cu putin ulei vegetal si unt.</p>
<p>Odata ce untul s-a topit, se adauga ceapa taiata felii in tigaie si se caleste pana devine roz.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati morcovii in tigaie si continuati sa prajiti inca 2-3 minute.</p>
<p>Se amesteca legumele din cand in cand.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati rosiile feliate in tigaie si lasati-le inca 2 minute.</p>
<p>La final, turnati trei cani de orez crud din tigaie si amestecati-l cu legumele prajite.</p>

<p>Se presara continutul tavii cu doua lingurite de sare, se amesteca si se toarna intr-o tava de copt si se intinde uniform pe tot fundul.</p>
<p>Reveniti la carnea, care se gateste pe aragaz intr-o oala.</p>
<p>Scoateti-o de pe aragaz si puneti-o pe suprafata orezului si a legumelor in vasul de copt.</p>
<p>Luati patru pahare de zeama de pulpe de pui si turnati carnea cu orez si legume intr-o tava de copt.</p>
<p>Taiati ultima rosie in felii si puneti-le printre carnea din tigaie.</p>
<p>Stropiti fiecare pulpa cu sare.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron mic sau pahar, amestecati o lingura de ulei vegetal cu o lingurita de boia dulce si iute, amestecati si apoi intindeti acest amestec cu o perie de silicon pe suprafata pulpelor de pui intr-o tava de copt.</p>
<p>Se pune tava de copt in cuptorul incalzit la 180°C si se coace neacoperit aproximativ 40 de minute pana ce orezul este fiert.</p>
<p>La final, se presara marar tocat si se serveste.</p>
