<p>1 lingura de zahar</p>
<p>1 pahar de ulei</p>
<p>5 cani de faina</p>
<p>1 albus de ou</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>5 cani faina</p>
<p>100 grame branza rasa</p>
<p>50 g branza feta</p>
<p>3-4 crengute de marar</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Incepem reteta pentru painea cu branza, luand un vas si turnam 1 pahar de lapte caldut, 1 pahar de apa fierbinte, drojdia si amestecam bine.</p>
<p>Continuam, adaugand 1 lingura de zahar, 1 pahar de ulei, 1 albus de ou si 1 lingurita de sare. Amestecati-le bine pana devine un amestec omogen.</p>
<p>La final, adaugati treptat 5 cani de faina si framantati pana devine un aluat moale.</p>
<p>Apoi se adauga 100 gr. branza rasa, 50 gr. branza feta si marar tocat. Amestecati-le bine, pana devin una cu aluatul!</p>
<p>Apoi, acoperiti aluatul cu o folie alimentara si lasati-l sa creasca o vreme.</p>
<p>Continuam si intindem o hartie de copt intr-o tava si dupa ce ne udam mainile, intindem bine aluatul, astfel incat sa iasa pe toata suprafata.</p>
<p>Taiati placinta ca baklavaua. Acoperiti si lasati sa creasca din nou.</p>

<p>Se periaza cu galbenus de ou si se adauga seminte de mac in fiecare bucata.</p>
