<p>Kefir &#8211; 1,5 pahare</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 2 lingurite</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat &#8211; 8 g</p>
<p>Esenta de vanilie &#8211; Dupa gust</p>
<p>Zmeura proaspata sau congelata sau chiar si gem- Dupa gust</p>
<p>Zahar pudra pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Porniti cuptorul la 180 de grade Celsius. Pregatirea este foarte rapida, de aceea trebuie pornit cuptorul inca de la inceput.</p>
<p>Luati un castron mare si turnati in el faina, zahar, zahar vanilat si praf de copt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine toate ingredientele uscate.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti toate cele patru oua, adaugati un pahar si jumatate de chefir si adaugati putina esenta de vanilie.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, adaugati untul inmuiat si amestecati bine totul, astfel incat sa nu se formeze bulgari in aluat.</p>
<p>Se toarna aproximativ jumatate din cantitatea de aluat intr-o tava in care am pus hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Puneti un strat de zmeura peste blat. Adaugati cat de multe fructe doriti si turnati aluatul ramas din vas si nivelati suprafata.</p>

<p>Asezati tortul astfel preparat intr-un cuptor preincalzit pentru a coace timp de 30- 35 de minute.</p>
<p>Timpul exact de coacere variaza in functie de caracteristicile cuptorului, asa ca verificati cu o scobitoare daca intr-adevar este gata.</p>

<p>Dupa coacere, lasati tortul sa se raceasca si presarati cu zahar pudra.</p>
