<p>Budinca:</p>
<p>mere &#8211; 3 buc.</p>
<p>suc de mere &#8211; 850 ml</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 45 g</p>
<p>budinca de vanilie &#8211; 74 g</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>frisca lichida &#8211; 400 ml</p>
<p>crema de branza &#8211; 600 g</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 60 g</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti ouale intr-un bol, adaugati zahar si un praf de sare.</p>
<p>Amestecati pana cand toate ingredientele sunt combinate si amestecul s-a solidificat.</p>
<p>Turnati faina in al doilea bol, adaugati o lingurita de praf de copt si amestecati.</p>
<p>Treptat, amestecati acest amestec uscat in amestecul de oua pregatit.</p>

<p>Pregatiti o tava de copt si tapetati-o cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Intindeti uniform amestecul pregatit in tava de copt.</p>
<p>Coacem aluatul in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C timp de 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Sfat: Nu deschideti cuptorul in timpul coacerii, acest lucru ar putea cauza o modificare a temperaturii interne si o scadere nedorita a aluatului.</p>
<p>Lasati blatul finit sa se raceasca si apoi scoateti-l din tava de copt.</p>
<p>Taiati partea superioara a blatului si lasati-o deoparte.</p>
<p>Acum pregatiti budinca.</p>
<p>Curatati merele.</p>
<p>Taiati-le apoi cubulete mici, puneti-le intr-o cratita si acoperiti-le cu 750 ml suc de mere.</p>
<p>Se presara amestecul cu zahar, se amesteca si se aduce la fierbere.</p>
<p>Turnati restul de suc de mere in bol, adaugati praful de budinca si amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugati incet acest amestec la merele din tigaie si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Gatiti aproximativ 2 minute pana se ingroasa amestecul.</p>
<p>Puneti blatul racit in scheletul tavii si turnati uniform peste el amestecul de crema cu mere.</p>

<p>Se lasa la racit.</p>
<p>Acum este timpul sa pregatim crema.</p>
<p>Se toarna frisca intr-un bol, se adauga crema de branza si se acopera cu 60 g zahar.</p>
<p>Amestecati pana obtineti o crema mai tare, cu care apoi acoperiti budinca cu mere.</p>

<p>Acum macinati partea superioara a blatului, pe care ati taiat-o, intr-o pulbere fina si presarati-o pe tort.</p>
<p>Este gata.</p>
<p>Nota: Puteti servi tortul imediat, dar este mai bine sa-l lasati la frigider cel putin 4 ore ca sa se incorporeze corespunzator.</p>
