<p>Mod de preparare:</p>

<p>In primul rand, pregatiti drojdia. Se toarna o jumatate de pahar de apa calda intr-un vas mic, in care dizolvati drojdia si zaharul.</p>
<p>Adaugati o jumatate de pahar de faina simpla, amestecati, acoperiti vasul cu un servetel sau un prosop de bumbac curat si lasati sa stea timp de aproximativ 20- 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Pe o razatoare fina, maruntiti intreaga lamaie si incercati sa nu intrati in stratul alb de sub coaja.</p>
<p>Este amar si ar putea strica gustul final al intregului Panettone (daca il radeti putin, nu se intampla nimic).</p>
<p>Se toarna faina ramasa masurata in castron, se creeaza o gaura superficiala in mijloc, se pun doua oua si se adauga inca patru galbenusuri.</p>
<p>Adaugati coaja de lamaie rasa, o lingura de zahar si drojdia finita.</p>
<p>Apoi, intr-o cratita sau cuptor cu microunde, topiti untul si adaugati-l in amestec.</p>
<p>Manual sau mai bine cu un framantator electric (este mai usor) framantati un aluat ferm si uniform.</p>
<h3>Framantarea trebuie sa dureze cel putin 10 minute.</h3>
<p>Consistenta rezultata a aluatului ar trebui sa semene cu guma de mestecat.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati stafide, fructe confiate si nuci tocate.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine aluatul si fructele, acoperiti-le intr-o masa uniforma, lasati-le intr-un vas, acoperiti-le cu un prosop de bumbac si lasati sa stea intr-un loc cald aproximativ o ora si jumatate, timp in care aluatul va creste si isi va dubla volumul.</p>
<p>Pregatiti o forma de panettone sau doar o oala obisnuita rezistenta la caldura.</p>
<p>Captusiti fundul cu hartie de copt si ungeti peretii cu unt si presarati cu faina.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul in forme. Ar trebui sa ocupe aproximativ o treime din volumul sau.</p>
<p>Acoperiti din nou cu un prosop si lasati-l sa stea intr-un loc cald inca o ora, astfel incat aluatul sa creasca pana la marginea superioara.</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 190 de grade si lasati Panettone sa se coaca timp de aproximativ 15 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi reduceti temperatura la 160 de grade si coaceti timp de inca 20 pana la 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Verificati daca desertul este gata.</p>
<p>Cand Panettone este copt, scoateti-l din cuptor, slabiti cu grija marginile cu un cutit si, cand se raceste putin, scoateti-l din forma.</p>
