<p>100 g branza sau cascaval feliat</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>pesmet intr-o farfurie</p>
<p>ulei vegetal pentru prajit</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatati cartofii, taiati-i in bucati mai mici si fierbeti-i intr-o oala cu apa.</p>
<p>Cand cartofii sunt moi, ii pisam ca pentru piure.</p>
<p>Adaugati patrunjel tocat sau orice alta verdeata doriti.</p>

<p>Se amesteca 100 g de branza rasa si se condimenteaza.</p>
<p>Feliati cascavalul si sunca in 4 parti.</p>

<p>Bateti ouale intr-un castron si turnati pesmetul in al doilea castron.</p>
<p>Modelam clatitele din masa de cartofi, asezam 2 felii de branza, 2 felii de sunca si le acoperim din nou cu o clatita de cartofi.</p>

<p>O modelam ca o chiftea si o depozitam lateral.</p>
<p>In acest fel, procesam cu toata masa de cartofi si apoi o infasuram treptat in ou si pesmet.</p>

<p>Se prajeste pe ambele parti in ulei fierbinte pana devine aurie.</p>
