<p>ierburi italiene uscate &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>usturoi uscat &#8211; o jumatate de lingurita</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se spala dovlecelul si se rade grosier cu tot cu coaja intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Sarati-l, amestecati-l si asteptati aproximativ 10 minute pana cand dovlecelul isi elibereaza zeama, apoi scurgeti-l si stoarceti bine dovleceii cu mainile.</p>
<p>Intre timp, spalati si uscati rosiile si taiati-le felii rotunde.</p>
<p>Taiati tulpinile tari din ierburi si restul frunzelor taiati-le marunt.</p>
<p>La final, se rade si branza pe razatoarea grosiera.</p>
<p>Bateti trei oua in bolul cu dovlecei, presarati cu ierburi tocate (pastrati cateva deoparte pentru a stropi pizza) si adaugati usturoi uscat sau proaspat presat.</p>
<p>Adaugati o lingurita de ierburi italiene si 2 linguri pline de smantana.</p>

<p>Asezonati cu aproximativ o lingurita de sare si un sfert de lingurita de piper si amestecati bine toate ingredientele intr-un amestec omogen.</p>
<p>Ingrosati amestecul de legume cu aproximativ patru linguri de faina simpla.</p>
<p>Daca aluatul este inca prea subtire, mai adaugati putina faina.</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava cu hartie de copt, pe care o ungeti si cu putin ulei vegetal si intindeti pe ea aluatul de dovlecei pregatit.</p>

<p>Stropiti suprafata aluatului cu branza rasa.</p>
<p>Cu cat mai multa, cu atat mai bine.</p>
<p>Aranjati felii de rosii deasupra branzei, sare usor si stropiti cu ierburi italienesti sau marar uscat.</p>

<p>Pune pizza pregatita in partea inferioara a cuptorului incalzit la o temperatura de 200 °C si coaceti-o timp de aproximativ 30- 35 de minute, sau in functie de cuptor.</p>
<p>Presarati cu ierburile tocate pastrate, taiati-o si serviti.</p>
