<p>zahar &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 20 ml</p>
<p>unt inmuiat &#8211; 30 g</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>mozzarella &#8211; 1 kg (orice branza la alegere si gust!)</p>
<p>albus de ou &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>optional unt &#8211; 30 g</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>pentru aluatul de deasupra: galbenus de ou 2 buc. + 1 lingurita lapte</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Apa calda, drojdie, zahar &#8211; amestecati pana cand drojdia este complet dizolvata.</p>
<p>Daca nu sunteti sigur de drojdie, acoperiti amestecul de drojdie si lasati-l sa stea timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Lichidul va fi acoperit cu bule, ceea ce inseamna ca drojdia este buna.</p>
<p>Adaugati ulei vegetal, sare, amestecati.</p>
<p>2. Cerneti faina.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina, se adauga untul inmuiat.</p>
<p>Framanta aluatul.</p>
<p>3. Ungeti un vas cu ulei vegetal, puneti in aluat, acoperiti cu folie.</p>
<p>Se pune intr-un loc cald si se lasa sa creasca timp de o ora.</p>
<p>4. Pregatiti umplutura.</p>
<p>Radeti branza pe o razatoare grosiera, adaugati albusurile (lasati galbenusurile pentru deasupra), adaugati sare dupa gust, amestecati.</p>
<p>Puteti lua orice branza doriti, puteti lua un tip sau 2-3 tipuri de branza.</p>
<p>Impartiti umplutura in 4 parti, cam 280 g fiecare.</p>
<p>5. Aluatul a crescut si s-a dublat.</p>
<p>Framantati aluatul si mai lasati inca 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Presara masa cu faina si intinde aluatul care a iesit.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in trei parti, acoperiti cu folie si lasati-l 10 minute.</p>
<p>6. Formati un blat plat din fiecare parte a aluatului, puneti umplutura in mijloc.</p>
<p>Ciupiti marginile.</p>
<p>Apasati usor deasupra pentru a distribui branza.</p>
<p>7. Apoi, framantati usor, transferati pe o tava cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Faceti 4-5 intepaturi pe blat pentru ca aburul sa scape.</p>
<p>8. Se amesteca galbenusul cu laptele si se perie partea de sus.</p>
<p>Presara branza pe blat.</p>
<p>Se coace intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 190-200 grade timp de 15 minute pana se rumenesc.</p>
<p>Aluat moale pufos, multa branza topita si un crocant auriu.</p>
<p>Pofta buna!</p>
