<p>Pentru gatit, aveti nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>

<p>&#8211; faina, 450 &#8211; 500 g;</p>
<p>&#8211; zahar, 4 linguri;</p>
<p>&#8211; sare, o treime dintr-o lingurita;</p>
<p>&#8211; drojdie uscata, 8 g.</p>
<p>Pentru a pregati umplutura, avem nevoie de:</p>
<p>&#8211; branza de vaci, 500 g;</p>
<p>&#8211; galbenus, 1 bucata;</p>
<p>&#8211; stafide, 50 g;</p>
<p>&#8211; zahar, 2 linguri;</p>
<p>&#8211; zahar vanilat, 1 pachet.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Topiti untul (150 g), combinati cu zaharul (4 linguri), un varf de sare si laptele cald (150 ml), cu 3 oua. Se amesteca bine masa pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Cernem faina si masuram 450 g. Combinati cu drojdia si adaugati portii in masa lichida, amestecand bine aluatul.</p>
<p>Este posibil sa aveti nevoie de mai multa sau mai putina faina, in functie de aluat, acesta trebuie sa fie moale si elastic, nu lipicios.</p>
<p>Acoperiti aluatul cu un prosop si lasati-l intr-un loc cald timp de 1 ora.</p>
<p>Se amesteca branza de vaci (500 g) cu galbenusul, zahar dupa gust, vanilie, stafide.</p>
<p>Presara suprafata de lucru cu faina si intinde aluatul, framanta si imparte in bucati, ruleaza-le in bile si umple cu amestecul din branza.</p>

<p>Ungeti vasul de copt cu unt.</p>
<p>Puneti umplutura si ciupiti marginile. Punem toate chiflele in tava, lasam 15 minute, apoi ungem cu un ou batut.</p>

<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade si coaceti timp de 30 de minute, pana se rumeneste deasupra.</p>
