<p>Ingrediente pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 600 g;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 120 g;</p>
<p>albus de ou &#8211; 1 buc.;</p>
<p>amidon &#8211; 1 lingura;</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 1 lingura.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca untul moale cu zaharul granulat, se amesteca pana cand grauntele de zahar se dizolva.</p>
<p>Adaugati galbenusul de ou si oul la unt si amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugati smantana in unt, cerneti faina si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Framantati un aluat elastic, moale si nelipicios.</p>
<p>Ambalam ⅓ din aluat intr-o punga de plastic si il punem la congelator, iar cea mai mare parte din aluat o punem in folie alimentara si o punem la frigider.</p>
<p>Pentru a pregati umplutura, amestecati branza de vaci cu zaharul si albusul de ou.</p>
<p>Acoperim tava de copt cu hartie de copt, asezam cea mai mare parte din aluat pe fund si il nivelam pe suprafata.</p>
<p>Turnati amidonul si smantana peste branza de vaci si amestecati bine.</p>
