<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>500 g foi de placinta</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>sare (daca branza este foarte sarata, adaugati mai putina sare)</p>
<p>200 ml iaurt</p>
<p>300 g de branza de vaci</p>
<p>200 ml de apa minerala (sau plata)</p>
<p>80-100 ml de ulei</p>
<p>2 linguri de gris</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita de praf de copt</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti toate ingredientele intr-un bol si amestecati.</p>
<p>Ungeti tava cu ulei si intindeti o foaie de placinta pe fund.</p>
<p>Indoiti celelalte foi de crusta ca si cum ati face un evantai si puneti-le impreuna pana umpleti tava.</p>
<p>Tava are dimensiunile de 36×20 cm.</p>
<p>Turnati umplutura peste foile de placinta.</p>

<p>Lasati-l sa se absoarba timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Presarati seminte de susan.</p>
<p>Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit la 200°C timp de aproximativ 30-40 de minute.</p>
<p>Lasati placinta sa se raceasca, apoi feliati-o si serviti-o.</p>
