<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Sa incepem cu umplutura.</p>
<p>Merele se curata de coaja si se dau pe o razatoare grosiera.</p>
<p>Acum transferam merele rase in tigaie, adaugam 2 linguri de suc de lamaie, 2 linguri zahar si optional 1 lingurita scortisoara macinata.</p>
<p>Se fierb merele la foc putin peste medie pana se evapora tot lichidul.</p>
<p>Asigurati-va ca amestecati pentru ca merele sa nu se arda.</p>
<p>Ei bine, cand tot lichidul s-a evaporat, in 40 ml de apa rece, turnati 1 lingura de amidon.</p>
<p>Se pune peste mere si se amesteca pana se dizolva complet.</p>
<p>Spargeti 5 oua mari intr-un castron, adaugati un praf de sare, 150 g zahar si 10 g zahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Bateti cu un mixer pana devine pufos si luminos timp de 7-10 minute.</p>
<p>Masa ar trebui sa creasca bine in volum.</p>
<p>Apoi, turnati 50 ml de lapte la temperatura camerei, precum si 120 ml de ulei vegetal.</p>

<p>Se amesteca cu un mixer la viteza medie.</p>
<p>Turnati jumatate din faina din cantitatea totala si adaugati 1 linguritapraf de copt.</p>
<p>Ingredientele uscate le amestecam fie cu o spatula, fie cu mixerul, dar la cea mai mica putere pentru a pastra aerul aluatului.</p>
<p>Se toarna a doua parte de faina si se amesteca din nou.</p>
<p>In total, aveti nevoie de 250 g de faina.</p>
<p>Punem hartie de copt in tava si turnam jumatate din aluat.</p>
<p>Nivelam aluatul pe toata forma si punem la cuptor in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 15 minute.</p>
<p>Blatul va fi usor rumenit si elastic.</p>
<p>Tava mea este de 24&#215;30 cm.</p>

<p>O scoatem din cuptor si distribuim uniform deasupra umplutura de mere racita, apoi intindem aluatul ramas si nivelam.</p>

<p>Dam prajitura la cuptor sa se coaca la aceeasi temperatura de 180 de grade timp de 25-30 de minute.</p>
<p>Verificam pregatirea cu o scobitoare de lemn.</p>
<p>Se scoate din cuptor si se lasa sa se raceasca chiar in forma.</p>
<p>Se presara cu zahar pudra si se taie in portii.</p>
