<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pentru a pregati aluatul, spargeti 3 oua intr-un bol, adaugati un praf de sare, 200 g zahar si 8 g zahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Bateti cu un mixer timp de 3 minute pana devine usor si pufos.</p>
<p>Acum adaugati 200 g de unt la temperatura camerei si amestecati din nou cu un mixer.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati 2 linguri smantana cu orice continut de grasime, de asemenea, la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Cand ingredientele lichide sunt aduse la omogenitate, incepeti sa adaugati faina cernuta.</p>
<p>Nu uitati sa adaugati si 10 g de praf de copt.</p>
<p>Adaugam faina in bucati si amestecam cu o spatula in aluat, nu mai folosim mixerul.</p>

<p>Am avut nevoie de 550 g de faina cernuta.</p>
<p>Drept urmare, aluatul nu trebuie sa se lipeasca de degete si sa aiba o consistenta asemanatoare cu plastilina moale.</p>

<p>Scoateti umplutura de pe aragaz si lasati-o sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Tapetati tava de copt cu hartie, inclusiv partile laterale.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul racit in 3 parti egale.</p>
<p>Punem doua deoparte deocamdata si o intindem pe cea ramasa intr-un strat putin mai mare decat dimensiunea tavii.</p>
<p>Asigurati-va ca presarati masa si aluatul cu faina, altfel se va lipi si nu o veti putea transfera in forma.</p>
<p>Dimensiunea tavii mele este de 24&#215;32 cm.</p>
<p>Cu ajutorul unui sucitor, transferati aluatul in forma.</p>
<p>Invelim excesul de aluat spre interior si il apasam usor cu mainile, facand suprafata aluatului uniforma.</p>

<p>Adaugati nuca tocata in umplutura racita si amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugati nuci dupa cum doriti.</p>
<p>Impartiti vizual umplutura in 2 parti egale si transferati prima pe aluat.</p>

<p>Nivelati-o uniform si lasati forma deoparte.</p>
<p>Intindeti al doilea strat de aluat si transferati-l in tava peste umplutura.</p>
<p>Ajustam partile laterale, punem un al doilea strat de umplutura si punem deasupra un al treilea strat de aluat.</p>
<p>Intepam aluatul cu o frigaruie sau o furculita pentru a se coace uniform, sa nu se umfle si coacem placinta in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 35-40 de minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp se face glazura pentru a acoperi prajitura.</p>
<p>10 linguri zahar pudra, 1,5 linguri suc de lamaie, precum si 6 linguri laptele, le amestecam impreuna.</p>

<p>Aceasta este cea mai simpla glazura de zahar.</p>
<p>Placinta mea a durat 35 de minute sa se coaca.</p>
<p>Scoatem din cuptor si lasam sa se raceasca in tava 5-7 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi asezam vasul sau tava deasupra pe care planuim sa servim placinta, si o intoarcem cu susul in jos.</p>
<p>Scoateti cu grija hartia si acoperiti prajitura inca fierbinte cu glazura.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa se raceasca complet si se lasa glazura sa se usuce.</p>
