<p>Ingrediente pentru crema:</p>
<p>albusuri- 2 buc.;</p>
<p>amidon de porumb &#8211; 30 g;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 40 g;</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 400 g;</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; lingurita</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru stratul de mere:</p>
<p>mere &#8211; 500 g;</p>
<p>suc de lamaie &#8211; 5 linguri;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 40 g.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Combinam faina cu praful de copt si sarea, adaugam unt rece in produsul din faina.</p>
<p>Se macina faina cu untul pana se sfarama.</p>
<p>Se amesteca galbenusurile cu zaharul, se amesteca bine pana se dizolva zaharul.</p>
<p>Turnati amestecul de galbenusuri in aluatul sfaramicios, amestecati componentele impreuna.</p>
<p>Acoperim tava de copt (20 cm in diametru) cu hartie de copt, punem o parte din aluat in forma si o lipim pe fund si pe partile laterale.</p>
<p>Scoatem aluatul din forma si dam pentru 20 de minute la frigider.</p>
<p>Taiati merele in felii mari, curatati semintele.</p>
<p>Se amesteca merele cu sucul de lamaie si zaharul, se intinde intr-o tigaie.</p>
<p>Merele trebuie fierte la foc mic timp de 8-10 minute, amestecand constant.</p>
<p>Pentru a crea crema, intr-un bol separat, bateti albusurile cu zaharul clasic si vanilat cu un mixer pana la o crema alba cu varfuri stabile.</p>
<p>In aceasta crema, intindeti smantana si amidonul de porumb, continuati sa bateti produsele cu un mixer pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Puneti un strat de mere putin racit in forma cu aluatul preparat, umpleti-l cu crema.</p>

<p>Acoperiti crema cu restul de aluat sfaramicios.</p>

<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 170 de grade, coaceti prajitura timp de 40-45 de minute.</p>

<p>Pe masura ce prajitura se raceste, partea de sus a prajiturii se va aseza, in timp ce aluatul isi va pastra textura moale si aerisita in interior.</p>
