<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>– 500 g faina</p>
<p>– 250 ml apa calda</p>
<p>– 10 g drojdie uscata</p>
<p>– 15 g sare</p>
<p>– 10 g zahar</p>
<p>– 150 ml ulei (50 ml pentru aluat, 100 ml pentru umplutura)</p>
<p>– 400 g branza rasa</p>
<p>– 7-8 oua (5-6 pentru umplutura, 2 pentru topping)</p>
<p>– 50 ml lapte</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un bol, amestecati apa calda, drojdia uscata, sarea, zaharul si 50 ml de ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat faina si framantati un aluat moale.</p>
<p>Acoperiti si lasati la loc cald la dospit timp de 30-40 de minute, pana isi dubleaza volumul.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol, bateti scurt 5-6 oua cu o furculita, apoi adaugati branza rasa.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine.</p>

<p>Dupa ce aluatul a crescut, framantati-l scurt si impartiti-l in 8 parti egale.</p>
<p>Formati fiecare parte sub forma de bila.</p>

<p>Intindeti fiecare bila cu un sucitor intr-o crusta subtire, presarand-o cu putina faina pentru a nu se lipi.</p>
<p>Ungeti o tava de copt (35×25 cm) cu ulei.</p>
<p>Asezati primul strat, trageti-l cu mainile pentru a se potrivi in tava si ungeti-l cu 2 linguri de ulei.</p>

<p>Intindeti 2-4 linguri de umplutura.</p>

<p>Repetati procesul cu foile ramase, asezandu-le una peste alta si adaugand ulei si umplutura intre ele.</p>
<p>Ungeti ultima foaie cu ulei.</p>
<p>Taiati placinta in cuburi cu un cutit ascutit.</p>
<p>Bateti 2 oua cu 50 ml de lapte si turnati peste placinta.</p>

<p>Agitati tava pentru a distribui uniform toppingul.</p>
<p>Lasati placinta sa stea intr-un loc cald timp de 30 de minute, astfel incat aluatul sa poata absorbi toppingul.</p>
<p>Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit la 220°C timp de aproximativ 30 de minute. Apoi reduceti temperatura la 180°C si coaceti inca 10 minute, pana cand placinta devine aurie.</p>
<p>Lasati placinta sa se raceasca putin, taiati-o de-a lungul liniilor pe care le-ati facut deja si serviti-o calda.</p>
