<p>Aluat:</p>
<p>• faina &#8211; 670-700 g</p>
<p>• sare &#8211; 0,5 lingurita</p>
<p>• chefir (2,5%) &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>• praf de copt &#8211; 0,5 lingurita.</p>
<p>• unt (topit) &#8211; 100 g</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Sa incepem sa gatim umplutura, sa aiba timp sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Doua cepe mari, taiate cubulete, se calesc pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Apoi punem 1 morcov mare, ras pe razatoarea grosiera si varza maruntita.</p>
<p>Avem nevoie de aproximativ 1,3 kg.</p>
<p>Se fierb toate legumele pana cand varza este moale la foc moderat, amestecand continuu.</p>

<p>Aproape la sfarsit, adaugati sare si piper negru dupa gust, amestecati si umplutura de varza este gata.</p>
<p>Sa-i dam timp sa se racoreasca.</p>
<p>Aceasta umplutura este universala, puteti adauga carne tocata sau ciuperci daca doriti si diversificati gustul.</p>
<p>Pentru aluat, amestecati faina si sarea intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Adaugati praf de copt in chefirul lasat la temperatura camerei, amestecati.</p>
<p>Se toarna in faina si se mai adauga unt topit.</p>
<p>Framantati un aluat moale, elastic.</p>
<p>Initial am pus 650 g de faina, iar apoi mai adaugam daca este cazul.</p>
<p>Lasam sa se odihneasca 20 de minute chiar pe masa, la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Apoi, presarati faina pe masa, impartim aluatul in doua parti egale.</p>
<p>Intindem o parte pentru a se potrivi formei.</p>
<p>Nu trebuie sa intindeti subtire, aluatul nu trebuie sa fie translucid pentru a nu se rupe.</p>
<p>Rulati usor aluatul pe un sucitor si transferati-l pe o tava de copt tapetata in prealabil cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Acum intindem pe aluat umplutura de varza racita si o distribuim uniform.</p>

<p>Apoi, intindeti a doua bucata de aluat, de aceeasi dimensiune si transferati-o deasupra umpluturii de varza.</p>
<p>Ciupim marginile.</p>

<p>Pe alocuri intepam placinta cu o furculita pentru ca aluatul sa nu se umfle si punem la cuptor in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 50-55 de minute.</p>
<p>Placinta este gata, se scoate din cuptor si se unge cu unt topit cat este inca fierbinte.</p>
<p>Puteti unge cu lapte &#8211; atunci veti avea o crusta crocanta.</p>
