<p>Ingrediente pentru pesmet:</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 120 g;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 60 g;</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 60 g.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna zahar granulat intr-un castron cu unt moale si se amesteca pana se dizolva firimiturile.</p>
<p>Adaugati ouale in amestec, intindeti smantana si amestecati componentele pana se omogenizeaza cu un tel.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina si praful de copt in amestec, se adauga praf de copt si se framanta aluatul.</p>
<p>Acoperiti forma cu hartie de copt, ungeti-o cu unt si puneti aluatul, intindeti-l intr-un strat uniform.</p>
<p>Taiati piersicile in jumatate si puneti-le pe suprafata aluatului.</p>

<p>Pentru a pregati crema, combinati branza cu ou, vanilie, zahar si smantana.</p>

<p>Bateti amestecul de branza cu un mixer pana la o masa omogena luxurianta.</p>
<p>Acoperiti stratul de piersici cu crema, distribuiti-l uniform.</p>
<p>Combinati faina, zaharul si untul intr-un castron cu firimituri, macinati.</p>
