<p>3 linguri de chefir;</p>
<p>200 g smantana;</p>
<p>100 g unt;</p>
<p>1,5 lingurite de sare;</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de copt;</p>
<p>1 lingura unt topit;</p>
<p>sare piper dupa gust.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Adaugati in faina untul taiat cubulete, frecati-l cu mainile.</p>
<p>Punem praful de copt, sare si 200 g smantana.</p>
<p>Trimitem aici si trei linguri de chefir.</p>
<p>Framantati aluatul cu miscari de strangere.</p>
<p>Cand ajunge la uniformitate, se va putea acoperi cu o punga de plastic si pune deoparte.</p>
<p>Taiem cartofii cubulete.</p>
<p>Ceapa taiata in jumatati de rondele.</p>
<p>Amestecam aceste doua ingrediente si adaugam si carnea tocata.</p>
<p>Puteti adauga condimente daca doriti.</p>
<p>De asemenea, trebuie sa adaugam sare si piper.</p>
<p>Luam apa calda si o turnam in umplutura noastra, sunt suficiente patru linguri.</p>
<p>Trimitem o lingura de praf de copt la ingrediente.</p>
<p>Amestecati totul cu mainile.</p>
<p>Taiem aluatul in doua parti, fiecare transformandu-ne intr-o bila.</p>
<p>Intindeti cu un sucitor intr-un strat alungit.</p>
<p>Ungeti vasul de copt cu unt.</p>
<p>Asezam aluatul, acordam o atentie deosebita marginilor.</p>
<p>Inauntru punem toata umplutura pe care o avem.</p>
