<p>Unt moale &#8211; 100 gr</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Adaugati cafea instant in kefir, amestecati si lasati deoparte pentru moment.</p>
<p>Adaugati sare in oua si incepeti sa bateti.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat zaharul si esenta de vanilie.</p>
<p>Bateti pana cand devin o spuma alba.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul moale.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cu un mixer.</p>
<p>In acest moment, cafeaua s-a dizolvat complet in chefir, amestecati-o din nou.</p>
<p>Si trimiteti-l la amestecul de oua.</p>

<p>Se amesteca cu un mixer.</p>
<p>Cerne faina cu praful de copt.</p>

<p>Inca o data, amestecati totul bine cu un mixer.</p>
<p>Acoperim forma cu hartie de copt sau ungem cu ulei si stropim cu faina.</p>
<p>Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C pentru aproximativ 20-25 minute.</p>
<p>Timpul exact de coacere va depinde de cuptorul dvs.</p>
