<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai, sa ne ocupam de umplutura.</p>

<p>Taiati ceapa in sferturi, prajiti-o pana se inmoaie in ulei.</p>
<p>Se toarna dovlecelul in ceapa, se caleste, amestecand, aproximativ 5 minute.</p>
<p>Cand lichidul s-a evaporat, se adauga in tigaie cascavalul, usturoiul, sare si oregano.</p>

<p>Adaugati oul, smantana, sare si faina.</p>
<p>Framanta aluatul.</p>
<p>Pe o suprafata cu faina, rulati-l aluatul si taiati-l in 10 bucati.</p>
<p>Rulati-le in chifle.</p>
<p>Puneti umplutura pe fiecare chifla.</p>
