<p>Crema 1:</p>
<p>1 l lapte</p>
<p>2 budinci de vanilie</p>
<p>o cana cu 200 ml zahar</p>
<p>250 grame unt</p>
<p>Crema 2:</p>
<p>500 ml frisca pentru batut</p>
<p>Crema de fructe:</p>
<p>capsuni, zmeura, afine (congelate)</p>
<p>putin zahar,</p>
<p>un pliculet de gelatina,</p>
<p>2 linguri de faina.</p>

<p>Pregatirea crustei:</p>
<p>Puneti apa cu putina sare si untul sa fiarba, adaugati faina si amestecati continuu.</p>
<p>Cand aluatul se raceste putin se adauga cate un ou, se framanta aluatul cu mana.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in doua parti, luati tava si puneti hartie de copt, asezati foile pe rand.</p>
<p>Coaceti crusta la 200 de grade timp de aproximativ 15 minute.</p>
<p>Se toarna putin din lapte si se amesteca budincile si se lasa la fiert restul de lapte cu zaharul, apoi se adauga praful de budinca batut si se fierbe budinca.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa se raceasca complet si apoi se combina cu untul batut.</p>
<p>Puneti fructele intr-un castron si presarati cu zahar.</p>
<p>Cand fructele elibereaza sucul, il fierbeti putin si adaugati 2 linguri de faina.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, amestecati cu gelatina.</p>
<p>Bateti frisca cu mixerul la viteza mare.</p>
<p>Puneti crema de budinca peste prima crusta, apoi fructele peste ea, apoi frisca si apoi a doua crusta.</p>
<p>Lasati tortul la frigider sa se intareasca, presarati-l cu zahar pudra inainte de servire.</p>
