<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti branza de vaci, mascarpone, zahar si zahar vanilat intr-un bol .</p>
<p>Amestecati totul bine folosind un mixer.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat 4 oua , pe rand, amestecand la viteza mica.</p>
<p>Adaugati 125 g de unt topit, racit si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>La final, adaugati praful de budinca si amestecati pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Puneti biscuitii pe fundul unei foi de copt (18×28 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Aveti nevoie de aproximativ 16 biscuiti pentru a acoperi fundul.</p>
<p>Se toarna uniform amestecul de cas pregatit peste biscuiti.</p>

<p>Cerneti 1 lingura de cacao in amestecul de branza rezervat si amestecati bine.</p>
