<p>Ingrediente pentru aluat:</p>
<p>&#8211; 500 de grame de faina;</p>
<p>&#8211; 1/4 lingurita sare;</p>
<p>&#8211; drojdia dospita;</p>
<p>&#8211; 1 ou + 1 galbenus;</p>
<p>&#8211; 220 ml lapte;</p>
<p>&#8211; 80-100 grame de zahar;</p>
<p>&#8211; 80 de grame de unt;</p>
<p>&#8211; coaja de o lamaie sau portocala.</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>&#8211; 400 gr branza de vaci;</p>
<p>&#8211; 1 praf de sare;</p>
<p>&#8211; 2 oua;</p>
<p>&#8211; 130 de grame de zahar;</p>
<p>&#8211; 1-2 pliculete de zahar vanilat;</p>
<p>&#8211; coaja de o lamaie sau portocala;</p>
<p>&#8211; 50 de grame de stafide;</p>
<p>&#8211; 1-2 linguri gris.</p>
<p>Pentru a unge partea de sus:</p>
<p>&#8211; 1 galbenus;</p>
<p>&#8211; 2 linguri lapte.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Incepeti prin a face starter-ul. Se amesteca drojdia proaspata cu zahar, se adauga lapte cald si faina.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine ingredientele, acoperiti-le cu un capac sau un prosop, asezati-le intr-un loc cald si asteptati 15 minute pentru ca drojdia sa se activeze.</p>
<p>Cernem faina intr-un castron adanc, adaugam sare, oua si lapte cald in care zaharul a fost topit anterior. Adaugam drojdia dospita.</p>
<p>Combinati toate ingredientele si framantati aluatul. La sfarsit, adaugati coaja de lamaie sau portocala si unt moale (putin) in aluat.</p>
<p>Continuati sa framantati aluatul inca 10-15 minute. Aluatul trebuie sa fie ferm si elastic.</p>
<p>Asezati aluatul intr-un loc cald si lasati-l sa se odihneasca si sa creasca timp de aproximativ 1 ora.</p>
<p>Combinati branza cu un varf de sare (sarea se adauga numai daca utilizati cas dulce), zahar, oua, coaja de lamaie sau portocala, zahar vanilat, stafide si gris.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine umplutura si se pune la frigider.</p>
<p>Odata ce aluatul si-a dublat volumul, presarati blatul cu faina. Rulati aluatul intr-un dreptunghi.</p>
<p>Taiati aluatul in 15 patrate. Asezati cate 1 lingura cu umplutura pe fiecare patrat. Apoi lipiti colturile opuse (doua deodata).</p>
<p>Asezati branzoaicele pe otava in care am pus hartie de copt. Periati branzeturile cu galbenus de ou si lapte.</p>
<p>Coaceti branzeturile la 200 de grade timp de aproximativ 30-40 de minute.</p>
<p>Presarati branzeturile racite cu zahar vanilat sau pudra.</p>
