<p>200 g de faina</p>
<p>CREMA:</p>
<p>1 l de lapte</p>
<p>2 pungi de budinca de vanilie</p>
<p>12 linguri zahar</p>
<p>170 g unt</p>
<p>150 ml de frisca</p>
<p>GLAZURA:</p>
<p>150 g de ciocolata</p>
<p>4 linguri de lapte</p>
<p>2 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>

<p>MOD DE PREPARARE:</p>
<p>Se amesteca apa cu zahar si apoi se fierbe.</p>
<p>Odata ce apa incepe sa fiarba, adaugati cafeaua. Se amesteca si apoi se adauga treptat faina.</p>
<p>Puneti in tava hartie de copt si turnati amestecul fierbinte in foaia de copt.</p>
<p>Se toarna 800 ml lapte fiert in oala. Adaugati zaharul si amestecati.</p>
<p>Amestecati laptele ramas cu pudra de budinca. Cand laptele incepe sa fiarba, adaugati amestecul de crema si amestecati puternic. Crema este gata cand obtinem o structura densa si neteda.</p>
<p>Scoateti crema de pe foc si lasati-o sa se raceasca. Acoperiti vasul cu folie alimentara.</p>
<p>Dupa racire, adaugati untul si frisca. Se amesteca bine pana cand totul se impreuna. Aplicati crema peste aluat.</p>
<p>Topiti untul intr-o baie de aburi pentru glazura. Adaugati ciocolata si amestecati bine. La final, adaugati laptele si uleiul si amestecati bine pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Se toarna glazura peste un strat de crema. La final, pastrati prajitura in frigider pentru cateva ore. Puteti acoperi cu cacao pentru decorare.</p>
<p>Distribuie prietenilor tai aceasta reteta minunata pentru un desert cremos delicios! Cu siguranta se vor bucura si ei!</p>
