<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul si sarea intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt castron, amestecati faina cu praful de cacao si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Adaugati amestecul uscat in parti in amestecul lichid.</p>
<p>Nota: Amestecul uscat trebuie adaugat in parti, astfel incat sa nu se formeze cocoloase in aluat.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se coace in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C pentru 35 de minute.</p>

<p>In timp ce aluatul se coace, pregatim crema.</p>
<p>Spalati caisele, scoateti samburii si taiati-le in sferturi.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati caisele folosind un blender de imersie.</p>
<p>Turnati caisele amestecate in tigaie si amestecati zaharul.</p>
<p>Aduceti amestecul la fierbere.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt castron, amestecati amidonul de porumb cu apa si amestecati-l cu caisele in tigaie.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati amestecul intr-un bol si amestecati cu untul inmuiat.</p>

<p>Acoperiti vasul cu folie alimentara si lasati deoparte.</p>
<p>Taiati pe orizontal blatul copt si racit in trei felii si puneti-le deoparte.</p>

<p>Bateti crema de branza cu zaharul intr-un bol si amestecati amestecul de caise.</p>
<p>Intindeti o parte din crema rezultata pe prima parte a blatului si acoperiti-o cu a doua parte a blatului.</p>

<p>Repetati acest proces pana cand terminati ingredientele.</p>
<p>Terminati cu crema si puneti desertul la frigider pentru 4 ore.</p>
<p>Amestecam intr-un bol ciocolata cu untul topit si turnam amestecul uniform peste prajitura.</p>
<p>Dam la frigider pentru inca 15 minute pentru a se fixa ciocolata.</p>
<p>Sfat: Turnati o parte din ciocolata intr-o punga de patiserie si decorati suprafata.</p>
