<p>ð©ð³ Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1ï¸â£ Bate ouale cu sarea si zaharul pana devin spumoase.</p>
<p>2ï¸â£ Adauga uleiul si laptele, apoi amesteca bine.</p>
<p>3ï¸â£ Incorporeaza faina amestecata cu praful de copt, apoi adauga cocosul.</p>
<p>4ï¸â£ Toarna compozitia intr-o forma tapetata si coace la 180°C timp de aproximativ 25 de minute.</p>
<p>ð Umplutura:<br />
5ï¸â£ Taie capsunile bucati si pune-le intr-o tigaie cu zaharul si 100 ml apa. Fierbe 3 minute.</p>
<p>6ï¸â£ Amesteca gelatina cu 60 ml apa si las-o 5 minute.</p>
<p>7ï¸â£ Separat, amesteca amidonul cu 50 ml apa.</p>
<p>8ï¸â£ Adauga amidonul peste capsuni si mai fierbe 1 minut.</p>
<p>9ï¸â£ Ia de pe foc si incorporeaza gelatina.</p>
<p>ð Pune blatul inapoi in forma, toarna umplutura de capsuni si lasa la frigider 30 minute.</p>
<p>ð° Crema:<br />
1ï¸â£1ï¸â£ Mixeaza crema de branza cu zaharul si frisca pana devine pufoasa.</p>
<p>1ï¸â£2ï¸â£ Decoreaza prajitura cu crema si presara ciocolata alba rasa.</p>
<p>âï¸ Lasa la frigider aproximativ 4 ore.</p>
<p>ð Un desert fin, fresh si perfect pentru vara!</p>
