<p>zahar &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>crema de branza, frisca sau smantana &#8211; 450 g</p>

<p>Dulceata de capsuni &#8211; dupa gust</p>

<p>capsuni &#8211; 1 kg</p>
<p>Gelatina &#8211; 2 pliculete</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Ungeti o forma de copt (24&#215;37 cm) cu unt si stropiti cu faina.</p>
<p>Bateti toate ouale intr-un castron mare si adaugati zaharul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca impreuna pana incep se se ingroase si apoi se adauga treptat ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Dupa ce obtineti o consistenta cremoasa, amestecati faina simpla cu praful de copt intr-o cana si turnati acest amestec in bol si amestecati-l.</p>

<p>Apoi adaugati zeama de portocala.</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul in forma pregatita si puneti-l la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Coaceti aluatul timp de 20- 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp pregatim crema de vanilie.</p>
<p>Turnati putin lapte intr-un castron mic si amestecati-l cu praful de budinca de vanilie.</p>
<p>Turnati restul de lapte intr-o oala si incalziti-l pe aragaz.</p>
<p>Odata ce este suficient de fierbinte (dar nu clocotit), adaugam zahar si amestecam.</p>
<p>Dupa ce a ajuns la punctul de fierbere adaugam laptele amestecat cu budinca de vanilie si gatim amestecul pana se ingroasa, amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Lasati budinca sa se raceasca, amestecand din cand in cand.</p>
<p>Adaugati crema de branza/frisca/smantana la crema racita si bateti-le pana obtineti o crema omogena.</p>

<p>Ungeti blatul racit cu dulceata de capsuni si puneti deasupra crema de vanilie.</p>

<p>Spalati capsunile, indepartati tulpinile si taiati-le in jumatate.</p>

<p>Decorati apoi desertul cu ele.</p>
<p>Turnati apa intr-o oala mica si amestecati-o cu gelatina si zahar.</p>
<p>Apoi, amestecand continuu, aduceti amestecul la punctul de fierbere si lasati-l sa fiarba aproximativ un minut.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa se raceasca aproximativ 10 minute, amestecand din cand in cand, apoi se intinde deasupra desertului.</p>

<p>Lasati desertul la frigider pentru cel putin doua ore si apoi il puteti servi.</p>
