<p>250 ml lapte</p>
<p>3-4 linguri pudra de cacao</p>
<p>250 g faina (neteda)</p>
<p>1 pliculet de praf de copt</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>300 ml lapte</p>
<p>3 linguri de faina</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri de ou</p>
<p>150 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>150 g unt/margarina</p>
<p>3-4 linguri pudra de cacao</p>
<p>2-3 linguri de rom</p>
<p>Glazura:</p>
<p>300 ml frisca</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Aluatul se amesteca din toate ingredientele: se amesteca faina cu praful de copt, cacao, se adauga ouale intregi, laptele, zaharul, untul si se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Tapetati tava cu hartie de copt (aprox. 23 x 38 cm) si coaceti aluatul la 180 ° C timp de 20- 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Scoateti blatul copt din tava, dupa ce s-a racit si taiati-l in doua jumatati.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina intr-o cantitate mica de lapte.</p>
<p>Laptele ramas se incalzeste si se toarna incet in aluatul de faina si apoi se fierbe la foc mic pana cand amestecul este complet concentrat.</p>
<p>Se ia de pe foc si se lasa sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Amestecati untul topit cu zaharul, cacao, romul si galbenusurile de ou.</p>
<p>Combinati aluatul de faina cu amestecul de cacao si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Aplicati doua treimi din crema pe jumatate de blat.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu cealalta jumatate de blat.</p>
<p>Deasupra se intinde restul de crema.</p>
<p>Punem frisca batuta deasupra.</p>
<p>La final, putem stropi cu ciocolata rasa si o lasam sa se raceasca la frigider cateva ore.</p>
<p>Va dorim pofta buna!</p>
