<p>Crema:</p>
<p>iaurt &#8211; 400 g</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 80 g</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Separam albusurile de galbenusuri.</p>
<p>Puneti galbenusurile intr-un bol adanc, presarati-le cu zahar granulat, adaugati zaharul vanilat si bateti totul cu un mixer electric sau cu mana intr-un amestec gros omogen.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul topit si continuati sa bateti pana cand se combina complet cu amestecul de oua si se formeaza o masa albicioasa.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, cerneti faina simpla in bol pe parti si incepeti sa o incorporati incet in amestec.</p>
<p>Cand incepe sa se ingroase, inlocuiti telul cu propriile maini si continuati sa framantati aluatul cu mana.</p>
<p>Rezultatul ar trebui sa fie un aluat omogen, sfaramicios, dar inchegat, pe care il impartiti in doua parti.</p>
<p>Formati fiecare dintre ele intr-o bila, infasurati-o in folie alimentara si puneti-o la frigider pentru 20-30 de minute.</p>

<p>In timp ce aluatul se raceste, pregatiti umplutura de iaurt.</p>
<p>Turnati 400 g de iaurt intr-un castron adanc si adaugati 80 de gde zahar.</p>
<p>Se bat bine ambele ingrediente cu un tel si se cern trei linguri de faina simpla printr-o sita fina.</p>
<p>Reluati acest lucru in amestec cu un tel si lasati-l deoparte pentru un timp.</p>
<p>Acum luati albusurile si bateti-le bine.</p>
<p>Apoi bateti amestecul de iaurt in albusuri si creati o masa cremoasa uniforma.</p>
<p>Scoateti aluatul din frigider.</p>
<p>Tapetam o tava rotunda de prajitura cu hartie de copt si asezam pe fund o bila de aluat, pe care o intindeti cu ajutorul degetelor.</p>

<p>Se toarna crema de iaurt, se intinde intr-un strat uniform si se netezeste la suprafata.</p>

<p>Desfaceti a doua bila de aluat din folie si dati-o pe razatoare pe suprafata intregii prajituri folosind o razatoare grosiera.</p>
