<p>Crema:</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 1 plic</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 3 buc</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 3 linguri</p>
<p>amidon de porumb &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>gem de mere &#8211; 1 pahar</p>
<p>Glazura:</p>
<p>ciocolata neagra &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>ulei &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>Mos de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-o cratita, amestecati toate ingredientele destinate cremei, cu exceptia untului.</p>
<p>Apoi gatiti totul pana se ingroasa, amestecand constant.</p>
<p>Scoateti budinca de pe plita si lasati-o sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Cand este rece, amestecati untul inmuiat.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, lasati amestecul la frigider.</p>
<p>Acum pregatiti aluatul pentru foile cu miere.</p>
<p>Intr-o oala cu fundul antiaderent, incalziti si amestecati ouale impreuna cu laptele, zaharul, bicarbonatul de sodiu, mierea si untul.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat faina si creati un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>Dupa racire, impartiti-l in aproximativ patru parti egale.</p>
<p>Rulati-le in farfurii si coaceti treptat in cuptor pana devin aurii.</p>
<p>Taiati in dreptunghiuri si apoi intindeti jumatate din crema peste prima foaie.</p>
<p>Apoi ungeti a doua foaie cu gem de mere, iar peste puneti restul de crema.</p>
<p>Punem ultima foaie si preparam glazura pe care o turam peste ultima foaie.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, presarati cu firimituri de aluat feliat.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa se raceasca la frigider pentru cateva ore.</p>
