<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale, un praf de sare, zaharul, smantana si untul topit intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina si praful de copt si amestecati pentru a forma un aluat.</p>
<p>Infasurati aluatul in folie alimentara si puneti-l la frigider pentru 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Gatiti fructele de padure congelate cu zahar si amidon de porumb intr-o cratita pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava de copt (28&#215;18 cm) cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Intindeti aluatul in tava apoi intepati-l cu o furculita pentru a nu se umfla in timpul coacerii.</p>
<p>Intindeti amestecul de fructe de padure fierte peste aluat.</p>

<p>Coaceti la 180°C (356°F) intr-un cuptor preincalzit timp de aproximativ 20 minute.</p>
<p>In timp ce prajitura se coace, bateti albusurile de ou cu un praf de sare si zahar vanilat pana se intaresc.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat zaharul pana se formeaza o bezea ferma.</p>
<p>Turnati amestecul de bezea peste prajitura pe jumatate coapta.</p>
