<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Incepem cu umplutura.</p>
<p>Dam merele pe razatoare, le punem intr-o cratita la foc mediu si adaugam zahar.</p>
<p>Amestecam pana cand se evapora tot lichidul format.</p>
<p>Adaugam nucile maruntite si scortisoara.</p>
<p>Mai amestecam 1- 2 minute si dam de o parte.</p>
<p>Cat timp se mai raceste putin umplutura, ne apucam de aluat.</p>
<p>Intr-um bol punem untul la temperatura camerei, adaugam zaharul pudra, oul si lingura de otet, amestecam.</p>
<p>Incepem sa incorporam faina amestecata cu praful de copt si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Framantam cu mainile un aluat omogen si nelipicios.</p>
<p>Impartim aluatul format in 3 si intindem pe rotund fiecare parte.</p>
<p>Cu ajutorul unui capac, dam forma perfect rotunda si taiem in 8 triunghiuri egale, apoi crestam fiecare triunghi in mijloc.</p>
<p>Punem cate o lingura de umplutura la baza fiecarui triunghi si rulam.</p>

<p>Punem fursecurile pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Dam tava la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade C pentru aproximativ 20 minute sau pana se rumenesc.</p>
